We will initiate the process of obtaining permits where required, in parallel to the interior design process, minimizing down time. Our project manager will design a scope of work spreadsheet complete with costs and timelines. Our construction team will provide a full briefing of what to expect throughout the process, stages of construction, logistics and working hours, site security and safety, site access and movement of belongings including furniture. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, integral and streamlined construction process from start to finish.
